Panther Warehousing has expanded with the opening of an 85,000 sq. ft. cross-dock facility in Yorkshire.
Based in Cross Green, Leeds, the new site forms part of a £3m investment programme for continued growth over
the next five years.

More than 30 vehicles operate out of the site, which handles between 500 and 700 orders per night. Twenty
people are employed at the new facility, with further opportunities in the pipeline.

Colin McCarthy, the company’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to expand into Leeds. This move is
down to ever-increasing demand for our one-man and two-man service which has enabled the continued growth
of Panther Warehousing. As Panther continues to grow, more and more customers are seeking a warehousing
service from us. Our 165,000 sq ft site in Northampton, along with our other sites across the country, enable us to
facilitate their needs so they can continue to fulfil orders and goods can keep moving through the system in a cost
effective and time efficient way.

“The additional capacity is vital to us in our quest to meet our customer needs.”
