OUR DELIVERY PROCESS

A simple and straightforward process! With every step of the delivery being tracked clients receive full end-to-end tracking services, while customers can track their order using Panther's 'Track My Order' portal.

1. Consumer Places Order

Order is placed with the retailer/ manufacturer and information is sent to Panther's order management system.

2. Delivery Scheduled

Panther schedules a convenient delivery date with the end consumer, via the online booking portal or over the phone via the Panther call centre.

3. Goods Transferred

The goods are received into Panther's cross-dock facility, scanned and loaded into delivery vans.

4. Proof of Delivery

Consumer signature is taken to confirm satisfaction at the point of delivery.

5. Delivery to Consumer

Two person crew deliver to consumer's room of choice, unpack the item, clean it and remove the packaging.

We ensure your customers enjoy the delivery experience by regularly training our staff in customer communication, proper handling of customer goods and proficiency in assembly, installation and disposal of goods.

OUR CONSUMER COMMUNICATIONS

Your customers are in good hands, and to ensure that every step of their delivery is nothing but excellent. We keep them involved.

1. Daily Scheduled

Panther schedules a convenient delivery date with the end consumer, via the online booking portal or over the phone via the Panther call centre.

2. Confirmations

The end consumer receives several notifications throughout the process, including confirmation of booking, reminder message morning before delivery and an SMS/email with a tracking link and delivery window.

3. Day of Delivery

Driver calls 30-60 minutes prior to arrival to confirm with the end consumer.

4. Post Delivery

Consumer receives a satisfaction call post delivery.
